These charming one bedroom, one bath cottages have been completely renovated and feature cathedral ceilings, chic kitchens, breezy sunrooms and private patios. Special attention has been paid to the smallest detail, from the waterfall shower, 600 count linens and extra fluffy towels to the fine bath amenities. Everything has been designed to insure your enjoyable vacation experience. |

Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, ceiling fans in every room, a safe box large enough for your laptop, cable television, telephone with complimentary calling throughout the US, wireless Internet access, patio furniture with gas grill, sand chairs, sun umbrella and beach towels.
Each cottage accommodates up to four and children are welcome. |

As well seasoned travelers, we have experienced the full gamut of accommodations, and when we come across a ‘special place’ we don't want to share it with anyone for obvious reasons. But we do wish to thank you for creating that wonderful piece of heaven; your efforts truly show.
‘WOW’ was our first reaction upon entering your cottage 11 and it didn't stop there. Your attention to every detail; your color and design sense; your selection of comfortable furnishings; the fresh flowers; the cold drinks; all those little extras… Whatever we needed, it was there – from the garlic press to the forgotten sun screen … from the slippers to the gourmet steak knives. Not to mention your location; that fabulous stretch of beach and being able to walk to the adorable Marketplace for all those yummy delights including that sinful lobster roll at the Raw Bar.

Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and you demonstrate impeccable taste in all of its decorations and touches. The fact that you had so many treats and goodies stocked throughout the cottage (as well a sun umbrella and sand chairs for the beach) made us the envy of family and friends who also had cottages in the same area. The effort you have obviously put into the complete restoration of this property is very evident. Nothing has been overlooked as far as we could tell after staying for 6 weeks. We remember you saying to us, that the sheets and towels are of the highest quality and in fact, they are. Each time we used a new plate, bowl or cup, we noted the quality label; very unusual for a rental. It got to be a standing joke that every time we needed something special, not seen before, the immediate reaction was, ‘have no fear, Renee’s been here’ and sure enough the obscure but necessary article was somewhere tucked away for the renter’s use.
You are to be commended for sensing the every need of your renters; almost to the extreme by normal standards and we appreciated your efforts on our behalf. We have had a lovely week in Cape Cod—our first (but not last) visit. The cottage bas been fabulous and lived up to all the comments from other visitors on your web site! Thank you again for such a lovely, serene place to call ‘home’ for our visit. The fact that you have thought of everything a guest could want helped immensely, since we had a three-year old in tow! She is still talking about it, and asking to go dig in the sand and ride the ‘big white boat’ as she calls the ferry. We hope to come back soon... If not in the fall, definitely next summer. Let me just say what a fabulous cottage/business you have put together. We went to Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard and on the whale watch. The food was delicious and such a treat. My husband went deep sea fishing and even took one of the ponchos just in case. He didn’t use it so it went back in the drawer...but so nice to have there.

We had a wonderful stay at cottage 7. It was so clean, bright and beautifully decorated. You have impeccable taste. It makes me want to redecorate my own home!
It was especially nice to have all those necessities stocked in the refrigerator upon our arrival. We didn’t have to run to the store as soon as we got there. We were able to relax as soon as we walked in. You truly care about your guests feeling comfortable and enjoying their stay and it shows.

Our stay at your cottage was truly the best vacation we have had in years. The time went by so quickly, playing golf in the mornings and spending the afternoons at the beach. We did find some time to check out the Raw Bar and the bakery and deli and spent evenings walking the grounds. We never found the time to take advantage of the whale watch or MV tickets, thank you anyway. But we did enjoy taking advantage of all of the great kitchen tools available and spent much of our time dining at your fabulous cottage that was equipped with everything we needed. Our lasting impression of our stay was how very clean your cottage was when we arrived. Nothing about it, from the furnishings to the overall condition reminded us of any typical beach cottage we have ever stayed in over the years. It was, in a few words, a luxury stay. Unfortunately I am back to work today, but yes, with many great memories. We sat there on the beach on Friday and it was so gorgeous; if we could have, no doubt, we would have stayed another week. We LOVED your cottage! We traveled quite a bit over the Cape during the week and we both agreed we liked New Seabury the best. Everything was just really great and I am so glad we decided to come this year. We can’t wait to plan another trip and we will definitely contact you when we do! Just everything about the trip was more than we could have ever asked for; by far, the best vacation we have ever had, honestly. We are writing to offer our sincere thanks for such a wonderful vacation when we enjoyed 10 days in your Cottage 11. It is clear that you have put a great deal of thought into how to make a stay there as relaxing and stress free as possible: The quality of the cottage was superb - we couldn’t fault a thing, especially the cleanliness and the fact that everything we needed was there, (guidebooks, maps, local restaurant information). We were grateful for the provisions which were stocked for our arrival. The setting is idyllic with a lovely beach on the doorstep, and the village itself does live up to its ‘picture postcard’ image. The location is ideal for exploring the Cape. There are so many local amenities near by, especially Mashpee Commons with its great shops and superb restaurants. Booking by email and phone was very easy and the information pack that you send out contained all the information that we needed to arrive there without getting lost. We were so taken with the area and your lovely cottage that we look forward to a return visit in the near future. May we wish you every success, you deserve it! The Wards, Scotland 2007
