Security of $500.00 required Maximum occupancy, 4 people per cottage Terms and conditions outlined in lease A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation booking; balance and security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival date. A credit card is required for a stay at The Cottages at Maushop Village— Visa & MasterCard accepted
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival date will be refunded in full, less a $50.00 cancellation fee; for cancellations made within between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, deposit will be forfeited. Balance of stay is required 30 days prior to arrival; cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are nonrefundable.

Amenities included in each cottage... - all new beds with fine bedding and 600 count linens - eight complete sets of fluffy towels - four beach towels, two sand chairs, one beach umbrella - comfy bathrobes - bathroom feature rainfall shower head; imported soaps and bath care products by Baudelaire - completely equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee and soft drinks - paper-goods and basic cleaning supplies - clock radio in bedroom, iron, ironing board and hair dryer - complimentary wireless (WI-FI) high speed Internet access - complimentary local and long distance telephone service with voice mail throughout the continental US - two cable televisions, one in bedroom; one in living room with DVD player - sound system with CD player - security safes large enough to accommodate notebook computers - washer and dryer - gas barbecue with patio seating - one assigned parking space next to cottage with additional visitor parking - concierge notebook with maps, activity brochures and menus
